A Nigerian Twitter user and tech enthusiast identified as David Akinmoyede has shared his thoughts on how he perceives Nigeria.
The tweep whose thoughts apparently appear to be on the negative side, said he feels Nigeria is deteriorating significantly in every aspect.
He however did not mention any source of provocation.
But this is coming amid claims of electoral malpractice leveled against the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC following February 25 presidential elections which produced Bola Ahmed Tinubu as winner.
Incessant strike actions by the Academic Staff Union Of Universities which have also become a norm in the past decade, is speculated to be part of his provocation as well as strike actions by health practitioners particularly the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA and the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, which have continually wrecked the efforts of many well meaning Nigerians towards sustainable developments.
With insecurity also on the high side, speculations are that the aforementioned and more could have constituted the basis of his opinion.
“I feel every day, Nigeria is deteriorating significantly in every aspect—the economy, the structure, the people. So it’s not surprising when young skilled people want out to restart in a foreign country,” the tweep wrote.
