Don Jazzy, a popular music executive from Nigeria, has gifted N1 million to a Twitter follower who asked him for financial support.
The poster, identified as “GOD OR NOTHING,” tagged the Mavin CEO’s handle in his tweet in the hopes of receiving a positive response while explaining that because they were homeless, his baby was suffering from the cold at night.
“Baba please I need accommodation. We’re living in a kiosk because of financial problems,” the user said.
“But the midnight weather is affecting my baby seriously. Hope I didn’t ask for too much Sir. I will be glad to hear from you @DONJAZZY,” he added.
Responding to the tweet, Don Jazzy expressed sympathy for the user’s condition and gifted him N1 million. He wrote,
“Sorry to hear. I just sent 1 million Naira to the account on your bio. Hopefully, that helps.”
Confirming the receipt of the money, the Twitter user appreciated and prayed for Don Jazzy. He wrote,
“You will live long more than your expectations with peace of mind, more money, and grace of Almighty God baba @DONJAZZY.”
According to media report, the Mavins Record label boss also gifted two other Twitter users N200,000 and N250,000 respectively.
